Studio is a generous word for it. Hepburn Tech Rescue is one person, and that is on purpose. Nothing gets outsourced, sent offshore or handed to a junior while my name stays on the invoice.

I build websites, online stores and custom software for businesses around Ballarat, Daylesford, Melbourne and anywhere else that'll have me.

The name isn't a metaphor. Most people who call me have already been burned once, whether by a site they can't edit without paying someone, a hosting bill that quietly doubled, or a build sold as custom that turned out to be a template with a new logo dropped on it.

I take one project at a time and build it from scratch, so you talk to the person writing your code from the first email to the day it goes live. Nobody sits in the middle translating what you meant.

Everything I make is structured so Google can read it properly, and so AI tools can find and quote your pages when someone asks a question you should be answering. This site works the same way, which makes it easy to check my work before you spend anything.

If a template or Shopify would genuinely serve you better, I'll say so instead of selling you a custom build you don't need. That's why I moved Jackie's craft store to Shopify rather than rebuilding it from scratch.
